At its heart, the Nexstar Homes story is all about family. Ours, and yours. It’s a story of passion, hard work, and always doing the right thing. In 2012, brothers Jake and Josh Simonton set out to change the custom homebuilding industry. They set out to do things differently. In a few short years, they created Arizona’s premier custom homebuilder, Starwood Custom Homes.
After 10 years of building beautiful mansions and manors for some of the biggest names in Arizona, Josh and Jake partnered with two of Josh’s sons, Dallin and Austin, with a new mission: To bring this custom quality to everyone. The Simontons have dedicated themselves to building every home as though they were building it for their family…and they’ve never looked back.
Today, Nexstar Homes is one of the fastest-growing acre lot homebuilders in Arizona. The long-standing personal relationships that Starwood and Nexstar have built with high-end material companies and experienced local trade partners, allows Nexstar to offer what other builders cannot.
